Barbee Doll Boutique wants our customers to love the products they purchase from us!! If our customer does not like the item, then the item can be returned for a credit note or issue for an exchange. When making a purchase, please ensure you check the sizing chart.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK TO US WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE
  • WE DO NOT COVER YOUR SHIPPING COSTS BACK TO US. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE
  • WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED/EXCHANGE GARMENTS WITH ANY STAINS OR OTHER SIGNS OF WEAR. IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU
  • ALL MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED TO THE ITEM IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING
  • SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

  • YOU MUST CONTACT BARBEE DOLL BOUTIQUE BY EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM EXPLAINING WHY YOU WISH TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE
  • BARBEE DOLL BOUTIQUE WILL ISSUE THE ADDRESS TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE TO
  • MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED BACK TO BARBEE DOLL BOUTIQUE WITHING 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM; OTHERWISE IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU
  • BARBEE DOLL BOUTIQUE WILL PROCESS THE RETURN WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM
  • RETURN ITEMS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORDER INSIDE THE PACKING WITH THE ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE

  • AVAILABILITY OF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM IS NOT GUARANTEED. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL NOTIFICATION UPON THE COMPLETION OF THE EXCHANGE PROCESS. EXCHANGES MAY TAKE UP TO 5 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING IF ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE & REQUIRES PRODUCTION
  • ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWASHED WITH ALL TAGS STILL INTACT & NOT REMOVED
  • CUSTOMER PAYS SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEED TO BE EXCHANGED
  • IF AN ITEM IS BEING RETURNED BECAUSE IT IS TOO SMALL, THERE MUST BE NO RIPS OR TEARS ON THE MERCHANDISE. DO NOT FORCE THE ITEM ON IF IT DOES NOT FIT

DAMAGED ITEMS BY CONSUMERS: 

  • ALL MERCHANDISE IS INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE SHIPPING. WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY FAULT ON DAMAGED ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS. THE MERCHANDISE WILL BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU

FINAL SALE:

  • FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE ALL SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS AND UNDERGARMENTS
  • DUE TO HYGIENIC REASONS THERE ARE TO BE NO EXCHANGES WITH SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS & BODYSUITS

LATE RETURNS:

  • YOUR ITEMS SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERED DATE. LATE RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: 

  • ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY AS MOST ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER. "IN PROCESS" MEANS THAT YOUR ORDER IS IN THE EARLY STAGES OF SHIPPING. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS EMAIL TO EXCHANGE ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
